145.2lbs - want to lose 15 - 20 lbs.
I didn't have time to enter my calories on nutridairy on day 9/10, but eating went well...
Yesterday was a struggle, but I stuck it out and again, eating went well...I think what I am noticing is that I need to eat more calories from fruit earlier in the day...my desire to eat cooked food and junk food come later in the day (after dinner), so maybe if I got my calories up earlier on it would help?? Last night at about 10 pm, I was hungry and ended up eating 4 medjool dates - I am wondering at this stage how important it is for me to be eating 3-4 meals or if its ok to just eat when I am hungry?
I went to the farmer's market yesterday and got some super yummy strawberries and raspberries and I tried a fig for the first time too!
This morning I woke up and wanted to eat pancakes and cereal, BUT instead I made myself a lovely plate of mango, banana and raspberries! Yay!
Thanks Rick for your comment the other day...it has helped me remember to focus on all the fruity goodness I can have (and enjoy!), rather than dwell on all of the things I can't have (and are bad for me anyways!)
