Yesterday was a wonderful day, went to brighton with the girls. Went to a lovely raw vegan cafe (been wanting to go since I started this raw food adventure 6 months ago) SOOOO GOOOD! went to the beach and sat in the sun reading shakespeare in different accents for fun :)
We then went back to Bronnies she had a party- I used to be the one dancing ontop of the table then falling off, walking home by myself drunk at 6am, making a fool of myself. - it has now been 8 months since I dedcided to stop drink/drugs (with the exception of two nights back in april drinking) I stayed up till 12am sober and it was so hard to. I miss drinking with the girls but it is the right decision to stop drinking.
Breakfast- whole watermelon
Lunch- 10 bananas
Dinner- Spinach, sweetcorn, cucumber, tomato
Snacks throughout the day- any fruit I can get my hands on
I got up 3 hours later han usual today because of going to bed late, i feel so out of it and willnot be staying up late regularly. Even missed my alarm to get up for my morning run. I think I will just try and go later on.
uuuuugh i'm so sleepy. Very happy though :)
