Wow, I made it through by first full week of being fully raw. After my first week, I am starting to feel better and know that undoing my past eating habits will need more overriding with repetition of the eating guidelines from the 80/10/10 philosophy. I can see a very dramatic change in my hands no more puffy hands and puffy face that came from the previous high sodium intake. That is gone. I as I get better in my understanding tweaks will be made to what I am doing. I love the simplicity of the meals now. It is quick and easy. I love that as I am not much of a cook to begin with always preferred to read as to spend all day cooking. Yippee, now I can eat well, quickly and read to my heart's content with the extra time not soent doing involved recipes and preparations. I liked the chapter on keeping one's teeth health in the 80/10/10 book and thus will have to modify my love of tea to love of herbal tea as the tannic acid erodes enamel. So fun to learn new things. Love how this is helping me get healthier and smarter about how my body works for optimal health. Love and Light
