I was feeling pretty awful the other day. Today I am feeling SO much better.
I still have spots on my face but they don't look so unhealthy now that they're not trying to peek through make-up (I've decided to stop wearing make-up to help my face breath and expel the toxins faster...via pimple apparently).
Also, I feel like running again and improved my 5k time AGAIN! I am super psyched about that.
Today is Day 2 of zero caffeine. Yesterday was okay except when I remembered that I hadn't had coffee. Weird. By the end of the day I was feeling a little foggy but no crazy headache, nausea, irritability that I've experienced without coffee in the past. I will attribute that to the fruit. In fact I did and made sure that I ate constantly yesterday. I was reasoning that the more sugar I had coursing through my veins the less my body would miss the caffeine. It seemed to work...I'm not sure how grounded in reality my assumption was.
On Day 2 I woke up with a lot of energy. I have a slight headache now. Making sure to drink a lot of water. I'm waiting or the watermelon and bananas that I just ate to digest so that I can force some more carbs down there to keep me from feeling the withdrawal that I'm still sort of fearing.
