30 Bananas a Day!


Check out my little friend that I found when I cut open my bell pepper!  I had been storing it in the fridge, so I think he was pretty cold!  But he seemed to be alive still, so I put him outside.  :)

So... in my church, we fast one day per month (the first Sunday of every month).  That is today - I decided to go ahead and fast like I normally do.  So I fasted for 2 meals.  So my calorie intake is low today.  Ah well.  :)

Dinner: Datorade (15 dates, 1 qt + water, cinnamon)

Dinner #2: Savory Veggie Stew with 8 oz. spinach, 1 english cucumber, 5 small celery stalks, 4 tomatoes, 1 avocado, 1 yellow bell pepper (check out the picture!)

Total Calories: 1,497

Water: 1 quart plus what was in the Datorade

Exercise: None - today is my rest day

Sleep: 8-9 hours

Feeling: Good!  I was hungry of course today.  I have lost 4 pounds since the start of this 30 day challenge.
