I made to one week and I'm craving steamed vegetables and salt. My weight has stableized for the last 3 days, but at least I'm not gaining.
Ate 2 Bananas, 1 Apple, 1 Mango, 6 dates and then went on a 9 mile run, felt great!! This was my long run for the week. I'm running in a half marathon in 2 weeks.
The rest of the day I ate dates, apples, bananas, raw salads and grapes. I felt full not sure how many calories. I'm going to start using myfitnesspal and count my calories today to make sure I'm getting enough.
I want to know more about "banana island" and mono fruits for weight loss. Can anyone explain it to me??
