snack- berry smoothie
Tea- spinach, avocado, sweetcorn, cucumber, tomato
A few people have mentioned that they think I am undereating and should track calories, I have come from a life of counting/being aware of so I do not choose to on this raw food adventure, I just hope I am getting enough nutrients and minerals. I do not feel like I am undereating, I am certainly more slender but that is expected. I eat every time I am hungry and eat till I am practically bursting with a pregnant belly!
this food guide I have been recording is just a general guide for myself and others to see but there have been plenty of times I have been eating a bagful of grapes, bag of citrus, plenty of dates throughout the day but haven't recorded ( I have to log my days in the morning as I do not have access to the internet in the evenings- it also helps me plan out what I am eating as a rough guide and keeps me motivated )
I do believe I am eating a correct amount, it may change day to day depending on mood, finance and circumstance but most of the time I cannot move after I eat :)
I am feeling ok, didnt manage to exercise yesterday will go in a bit but today is the first day of my period and I just want to stay in it is raining outside- on the brightside BRIGHTON tomorrow with the girls :)
