Hello friendly neighbours in this wonderful world of ours!
Just a little blog about my day 6:
What i ate: I had 3 mangos for breakfast three bananas for snacks and like the same for lunch (3 mangos and 2 bananas). Mangos are ridiculously filling! Unbelievably filling i really had to push myself, i ended up making a smoothie and sipping what i could not finish but i got them in there. For dinner after my workout(spin again) i had one head of romaine lettuce, like 10 cherry tomatoes, asparagus, about 5 small ones, avocado, you know just a big salad.
My workouts are ridiculous these days! THANK YOU FREELEA, my days i cant tell you. I even smelt nice in there, like mangos. I wanna smell like mangos whenever i work out!!! YUUUUUSSS. I'm properly excited about this. I was fitter, genuinely fitter, i'm progressing again! The instructor was sweating more than me! That never happens (i hope she doesn't see this cos she'll make me pay, and she's an athlete) But seriously, I'm just a kid with a gym membership, so i'm really happy about feeling as if my fitness levels are moving up again. I have not felt this way in a long time and subjected myself to 5 hour sessions for a few weeks to try and get me fitter (i know i knoooww quality not quantity but i worked stupid hard- not smart) now i know it was just diet, MOREE FRUUUIITT THANK YOU FRUIT!
