Made spaghetti out of zucchini with my new spiralizer and then a tomato paste in the food processor (tomato, garlic, basil, and onions). Anyone have any other sauce ideas??
Ate 5 dates, 3 bananas, one pear and one apple before my 6 mile run. Felt great! Then dates, bananas, apples and salads the rest of the day.
I would eat more dates, but they're to expensive. They are $6.99 a pound, which is about 12 dates. I'm thinking about doing Door-to-Door organics for more fruits and vegetables.
I'm down 8.2lbs from my since day one, of course a lot of that is water weight. Aiming for 10.9lbs more so I'll be the same weight as my profile picture....slow and steady wins the race. I never want to eat under 1500 calories, trying to increase my metabolism and aim for 2000 a day or more.
