30 Bananas a Day!

 Alright cool time to conquer day 6 out of my 30 day challenge. I don't want to stop after 30 days but it is just a number to shoot for I guess... Yesterday during practice I was feeling really dizzy. Thought I might faint. I'm sure it was because I am not eating enough. Man it takes SOOO long to eat 3k calories...

i keep hearing that we have to eat soooo many calories..but why do we have too, i mean if im not hungry should i really shove that much fruit in me, and is consuming this many calories of fruit is it not the same as eating so many calories of like regular cause you know we have always heard that the way to lose weight is to cut your calorie intake so whats the differance im just lil scared to force that many calories and gaining weight instead of loseing it. im sooo confused...and congrats on YOUR day 6. it went by really fast for me. looking forward to day 7 as i was a lil naughty today on #6..and believe me my joints specially my knees are hurtin BAD

I highly recommend dates. With those delicious little treasures it's easier to get so many calories, as it is with nearly all other fruits. :) If you're interested, feel free to check out my group "Dates are better than sex".

Congrats! Hang in there. It takes time for the body to get adjusted to eat bigger volumes of food. It used to take me almost an hour to have a 1000 calorie smoothie and it now only takes 20 minutes tops. Keep up the good work and make sure to get all your cals in!
