30 Bananas a Day!

Breakfast- 5 bananas

Snack- berry smoothie

Lunch- avocado, spinach and cucumber salad

Dinner- Whole watermelon

Snack- 5 bananas

Yesterday went well with the friend :)

I am feeling like I need to go out and take photos more, it seems all I am doing is exercising and eating. I have 5 weeks left in Kent with my friends and family then it's back to university life and living with my housemates. I am usually looking forward to going back to Norwich but I am so comfortable here and pretty nervous about going into my second year.

I have found it so difficult to connect with my housemates/friends at university- i'm already different to them and this raw veganism on top it just seems to put me on another planet. I just want one raw vegan friend who is local to me o hang out with really... feeling pretty lonely lately and not looking forward to more loneliness in Norwich waaaaah :(

I just want to live out in the wild or with a community where I can fruit pick for them, live eat and breath this.

I love my watermelon meals- they are what I look forward too they are like my gold :) I am going to try and have more food this evening than I usually would. Thanks so much :)

Oh, I completely understand about the watermelon! I can't even eat a whole water melon at a time! They're so water dense. That's why I don't usually eat them for a meal, haha, just for snacks. But I know that a lot of people love melon-meals. I just can't manage it and get all of my necessary calories. (: You'll get used to it eventually, don't worry. (;

Thank you for your concern, I will change the salads around to dinner :)

I literally do not feel like I can eat anymore than I do, just ate a huge watermelon and I am bursting at the seams it is mental. I cannot move haha. I post my food on here in the morning so it is only a guide for all of you do see but I often do snack throughout the day on the odd date or fruit bowl/smoothie :) Really appreciate your input thank you

Make sure that you're eating enough! I know that it's a transition, but your log doesn't look like it adds up to much. To make sure that you meet nutritional needs, and that you're body has enough fuel (even if you are trying to lose weight, like many people are). Also, try the salad for dinner, if possible, instead of the fruit. The salad would be best last, so that the fat doesn't interfere with digestion and you make sure that you get enough energy throughout the day (and then the salad is for minerals & other essentials, etc.). You don't HAVE to, but many people that follow this lifestyle find it optimum. (:
