I think I was born to be an 811rv. It is so easy for me to do in the sense of maintenance and naturally falling within the guidelines. I am using Cron-o-meter to track and it is a cinch! It's nice to have a tracker where the first selection of the food item is raw!!! LOL Such a change from others that cater to the "healthy" SAD bunch.
I prepared Kristina's Fettucini Alfredo for another group of supporters yesterday and had an overt fat day. I wasn't too concerned about going over my stats on fat but guess what? I DIDN'T!! LOL LOL I was so shocked!
Yesterday I had:
A small personal size watermelon
My ABC smoothie (Ambrosia juice with blended bananas and strawberries and fresh orange juice)
My V6 green juice
1 serving of Fettucini Alfredo
My stats were: 2358 calories, 85.4/6.9/7.8 87.8 grms of fiber and 859.4 of sodium. I wanted to put this because so many newbies are scared to death of death from lack of salt on this program! RUBBISH!! LOL
I got my new Omron Body Composition Scale. She's a beauty! A little different than my old one that bit the dust after 5 years, but not by much. My morning stats: 109.8 weight; 28.1 body fat (a little too high for me), Visceral fat: 4% - very healthy!, BMI: 20.1 - very healthy, Muscle is 28.1 which is great.
There were so many great things that happened yesterday. I am feeling as though life is opening up for me in unplanned and guided ways. It is beautiful to participate in. I am amazed by the simplicity of this diet and the beauty of eating whole, ripe, organic fruits and vegies.
On to day 6. Have a wonderful fruity one my friends.
