Closest I came to going cooked... but didn't. Very rough day. Nothing to do with diet or detox. Intense physical symptoms from mold allergy.... not alleviated by eating LFRV at all. Add to this horrible cramps. Called in sick for work.
Have had same symptoms for years, whenever air mold counts are high, on every single diet I've ever eaten. Maybe it will take a few years, or maybe what I eat will never have any effect.
I was so tempted to throw in the towel and just comfort myself on the couch all day with cooked food, but I stayed raw.
On top of this, there were many unforeseen changes during the day which made me have to adjust my eating schedule. I had a big salad, with avocado, for lunch, which meant pouring fruit on top of that later.
Not perfect, but I stayed raw -- not counting the nutritional yeast sprinkled on salad.
I did have salt today. Something had to give.
Breakfast: disappointingly bland watermelon.
Snack: 48 oz. orange juice
Lunch: 2 ears corn, pea greens, red bell pepper, cucumber, tomatoes, 3/4 avocado, cilantro, lime juice, garlic salt, nutritional yeast, chili powder. One orange for desert.
Snack: Smoothie w/ 5 bananas, 8 figs
Dinner: Smoothie w/ 6 bananas, 9 figs
