Lunch- at a raw vegan cafe in london 'Vitao' yummy fresh salad
Tea- bananas
Water- I need to drink more water it's so hard, it was so easy at first
I'm feeling fine , mild headache but think that's because of the weather and I got woken up in the night by a mad lunatic outside my window screaming ' i'm not doing this for you i'm doing this for me.... I AAAAM RIIIIIIICH' bloody weirdo haha so I didn't get back to sleep. Other than that I am feeling great, now off for my morning run before....
-----------------TODAY IS A HUGE DAY- A year ago my best friends and I got into a huge argument which has resulted in not seeing eachoher and barely being in contact for a year, today is a huge day, I am nervous and excited but I hope we can sort things out. I NEED MY BEST FRIEND BACK.

I post my food on here in the morning so it is only a guide for all of you do see but I often do snack throughout the day on the odd date or fruit bowl/smoothie :)
I will try and eat more but I often feel so uncomfortablly full after I eat and cannot move like now.

Watermelon (2000g) is 600 cals
Bananasx10 is something beyond 1000
The salad is going to be 500 tops, but probably way less than that.
You would need more even if you weren't physically active..but seeing as you are, you must crank your food intake up.
Comment by Macuilxochitl on July 31, 2012 at 12:13am It's not only about the calories, you also need to track to make sure you get enough minerals and vitamins. Takes three minutes a day and will prevent you from malnourishment, crashing and binging on crap due to undereating and undercarbation.

My belly sure looks like i'm eating enough haha, literally after every meal I look like i'm pregnant :)
