Ate 2 Bananas (made a smoothie) and a couple of dates with some coffee for my 5 mile run...I normally eat more before I run, but I was in a hurry this morning.
For the rest of the day:
1 container of strawberries
a large raw salad
baby carrots and baby tomatoes
Feeling good, I do feel like I can eat my weight in dates...I'm addicted!
