I'm feeling more human on this, my 3rd day. giving up coffee is really hard on the body. Anyone who says it isn't a drug is an idiot.
I'm working now on slowly upping my calories. I think my first day I did less than 1400, today I got in 770 for my first meal. So I'm improving. There is fruit all over the place, in the fridge, in the cupboards, in the sun of the patio, ripening. And there are way less dishes to wash, which I love, love, love.
I'm down about 4 pounds from just the first 2 days of the challenge. I need to lose weight, but that's a bunch. I'm sure most of it is water weight. Anyway, I'm upping my calories and we'll see how that goes. But of course, I'm delighted that those pounds have shifted! Not going to say no to that!
