30 Bananas a Day!

FEELING GOOD!

Breakfast:  5 bananas, 1 cup dates

Lunch: 5 pears

Snack:3 bananas

Supper: Huge Salad with cucumbers, peppers, onions, topped with salsa, sunflower and pumpkin seeds.

Drank lots of water today and tea instead of coffee:)
