Firstly I cannot believe how easy this has been! I feel so much lighter, unlimited energy,so much water I cannot even count, 8-9 hours sleep recently and I have been exercising all throughout the day, I want to incorprate exercise into my daily routine more and more basically be more active such as walking everywhere, hikes, running, hula hooping and dancing like a fool :) I think I will weigh myself every week just to keep an eye on whats happening. I am currently 22.5% body fat.
Breakfast- whole watermelon
Lunch- spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, courgette
Tea- cherries, strawberries, peaches, oranges, yellow plums= all mixed into a lovely smoothie
NEED TO BUY BANANAS and will eat as snack if hungry throughout the day
