Breakfast: 3 raspberries, 3 mangos
Lunch: 1 lb. Champagne grapes
Snack: 1 cup orange juice
Dinner: Savory Veggie Stew - curry flavor (tomatoes, zucchini, curry powder, scallions, celery, raisins)
Snack: 1 cup orange juice
Total Calories: about 1326
Water: 2 quarts
Sleep: about 8 hours
Exercise: none - today is my rest day
Feeling: Good - I I had a breakfast meeting today - Well, I didn't realize they were serving breakfast actually, so I was unprepared. I put a whole wheat pancake and the remaining raspberries (3) on my plate. I ate the 3 raspberries, then played with the pancake and threw it away with my paper plate after awhile. Yay for me for not eating it!! :)

Comment by Delight on July 24, 2012 at 4:08pm Hi Ruth! What I've noticed so far since eating LFRV is that my skin is so much softer! I always used to drink a lot of water, but was always dehydrated. I guess it's true that salt and cooked food will dehydrate you/ fruits and veggies will hydrate you!
