Lunch: 1 Lemondrop melon (sorta like a honeydew, but tangier)
Fruit Dinner: 12 oz. red raspberries, 2 cups green grapes, 3 dates, water - blended into a smoothie
Salad Dinner: about 4 oz. spring greens, 3 red onion slices, 1/2 an English cucumber, 2 Roma tomatoes, handful of raisins, dressing made from 1/4 cup walnuts, juice of 1 lime, juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 scallion, 2 celery stalks, 3 dates - I ate almost all of this - I couldn't quite finish the salad though.
Total Calories: about 2,053
Water: about 1.5 quarts
Exercise: none - a lot going on at work - worked 13 hours today (desk job)
Sleep: 4 hours
Feeling: Pretty good, considering I didn't get much sleep! The salad dressing that I loved so much yesterday tasted way too rich today. Didn't even really want to eat it. Cool. Maybe my taste buds are changing. This is good since I used to eat high fat. I know that fat doesn't really taste good unless you add sugar or salt to it. And I am salt free now!
