Oh my goooooodness. I am feeling great, so filled with love it is amazing!
I love everything/everyone...
Today I plan to eat-
Breakfast- half watermelon
snack- dates and bananas
lunch- banana ans berry smoothie
Snack- oranges and clementines
Tea- bananas, oranges, clementines, grapes, tomatoes
water!
I wake up between 5:30- 7:30 most mornings and sleep between 9-10.
I plan to exercise today and take my little sister on a nice country walk.
I have finally booked my ticket home to Norwich- 15th September, so less than a month here. Looking back it hasn't been that busy and I have spent alot of time watching films, but it has allowed me to take the time to focus on going 100% raw vegan. I don't think I would have been able to focus if I was at uni, so I'm glad and really hope I can keep it up- actually I WILL keep it up. I just need to be prepared, I am getting my loan at the beginning of October so money shouldn't be a problem I don't' drink and never really need/want useless stuff so eating well should be fine.
Feelings are similar lately- I just feel so good :)
