Breakfast: 24 dates (datorade), juice of 1 lime
Lunch: about 6 oz. spring greens mix with a yummy dressing I invented today: 1/4 c. walnuts, juice of 1 lime, 2 stalks of celery, 1 scallion, 3 dates, water to thin. Blend until creamy. So yummy! Could probably make it with less walnuts (2 tablespoons or so). Please don't tell me that this dressing is a bad combination, because it is so delicious and I might actually be able to get my greens in with this dressing!!
Dinner: Hubby made me a smoothie. His smoothies are always interesting. :) He threw in some green grapes, some raspberries, some spring mix, some celery, and some young coconut.
Total Calories: about 2,291
Water: 2 quarts
Exercise: none - really busy at work
Sleep: about 8 hours
