Br. mono meal banana smoothie
L. mono meal 6 big pears (anjou and bartlett)
D: salad, spiralized cukes and small amt of spiralized beet for that fun pink/red color LOL, grape tomatoes. Dressing: 1/2 avos, celery, tomatoes, cilantro.
I didn't know if I'd like spiralized cukes but it was great...ate a whole cuke that way. Need to get zucchini!
Been eating some overt fats almost daily lately and although it's been within the 10% fat range, it seems to make me somewhat sluggish. So, I need to find salad dressing I like without overts...
