I really need to exercise, I haven't done in a few days now. I have been busy though so shouldn't feel too bad about it- but I always do. If I miss a run I just feel bad. Pretty annoying.
Today I plan to eat-
Breakfast- whole watermelon
Snack- bananas and dates
Lunch- banana and berry smoothie
Tea- spinach, cucumber, courgette, carrot, avocado, tomato, lemon, garlic and 1 date
Yum. Made sure I drank more water than usual yesterday, not enough though. When I first started this I could drink loads but now maybe 3-4 pints a day :/
I am enjoying being home for summer, pretty relaxing although sometimes not much to do and not having money is becoming a bit of a problem. bananas are expensive here- I am lucky to have my pops pay for some of my food. I think I will be moving back up to Norwich between 7th-14th September, then start uni again 1st October, I wish I was excited to go back I just don't feel like I have a nice group of friends to spend time with, especially being raw vegan it's difficult to connect with people on the same level that I am. Really need to find that special someone- oooh that would be lovely to have a dude as a great friend, I miss having a guy as a best friend to climb trees with me, dance in the rain, bathe in the mud and live a passionate life together. It would be bliss. It's been far too long.
Just about to watch Brue Parry's Amazon episode then will head out for a run and feast on watermelon after.
