Day 20

Breakfast: 4.5 bananas

Lunch: 12 dates

2nd Lunch: garden salad in a restaurant (iceberg lettuce, shredded carrot, sliced tomato, shredded red cabbage with lemon juice as dressing)

Snack: 7 dates

Dinner: 3/4 of a honeydew melon and banana ice cream (about 2 bananas worth I think)

Total Calories: 2323

Water: 2 quarts

Exercise: walk/ jog and swimming

Sleep: 8.5 hours

Feeling: Good!  Traveling...

I forgot to mention that I shared banana ice cream with family members who I am on vacation with.  They liked it!  :)
