30 Bananas a Day!

Yeeeeey, I made it!

today was sooooo difficult!   

My boyfriend was at my home and I was so stUpid (stupidstupidstupid)  to have a very little breakfast at 11 (800kcal) and then go shopping with him.. till 4 o'clock. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah. 

Now I planned to take raisins with me, but nooooooooo I forgot. :S 

so I was craaaaaaaaaaving stuf I haven't craved since long. (chicken wings...?! iew) 

then at four I had a 1300 kcal smoothie but I was so worried about the evening cause my boyfriend was going to cook~!!!! ( noooooooooooooooooo) 

But lUckily, I have my daily progression updates on this forum. :) (and luckily I told my boyfriend not to let me eat cooked food again, so he refused to take mais with him :P) 

So when he got to the store to get some food, I did the things I said I was going to do when I wanted to eat something not 80/10/10. 

stare at some pictures, eat lllllllots of celery, say a motivational phrase, etc   (check "my plan to go 100%")

And it worked!!! :D I'm completely motivated again, and the only damage I did to myself was bad foodcombining :D  (and mmmmaybe ate too much sunflower seeds. but haven't eaten overts the last two days so I'm fine. 

so Im really happy, and still 100%!

Day 20.

Today was ok.. only my boyfriend went to eat out and we used to do that together :S  

I made a BIG banana smoothie. hA.

Yeeeey! Happy for you! That's the trick so you don't crave. Have enough! So next time, don't forget your fruit to go!:)
