30 Bananas a Day!

Today I plan to eat-

Breakfast- whole watermelon

snack- 5-10 bananas

Lunch- berry and banana smoothie

snack- dates

Tea- courgette, cucumber, carrot, avocado, dates, garlic and lemon

snack- 5-10 bananas

phew!!! I am absolutely cream crackered. So sleepy for the last 3 days I have been up at 5am and going to for 5 hours and having really jam packed physical days, I can't sleep anymore though I am awake. I am spending the day relaxing so it wont be too bad.

20 DAYS 20 DAYS 20 DAAAAAAYS!!!

I feel brilliant, I feel like I have lost so much weight I will get my body fat and weight measured this week to see how I am doing. I feel pretty tiny. I can't remember but think I was 10 stone 6 when I started so we will see but my ribs are sticking out which is different. I am much slimmer though.

My pops can't believe how well I am doing, neither can I really. I feel like I am in a routine now of this delicious food and I do not want other food than fruit and veg. So great to be in this place of my life.

Not really sure on what else to say apart from I am feeling great. Everyone should GO LF RAW VEGAN!

What an awesome inspiring story! I am also looking forward to feel extremely healthy, energetic and to loose weight! Keep going + go for 30 days :-)
