Had a very busy day today but completely stayed on track!
Breakfast- peach, celery, banana smoothy
Snack- handful of blueberries, cucumber salad
Lunch- tomato, mushroom salad (dressing was raw miso, white vinegar, water and liquid aminos)
Snack- 6 dates, handful of grapes
Dinner- raw peach/blueberry cobbler mmm
I felt great today. I didn't do cardio today, but I had a full day of massage clients and added leg lifts while doing the massages so my arms and legs did get me burning extra calories :)
