So I made it all of yesterday and today so far with only raw fruit/greens, yay! Im feeling pretty good, and honestly after watching so many documentaries (Food Inc, forks over knives, etc) and seeing how disgusting and unhealthy most other food is, I haven't had the desire for it. Its absolutely unbelievable how uninformed the majority of us are growing up and throughout our lives. Eating more than one piece of fruit in a sitting is a totally foreign concept to most people, but it is somehow acceptable to eat a big bag of chips or cookies. Im just glad I found this information so that I can make better choices now.
