So I made it all of yesterday and today so far with only raw fruit/greens, yay! Im feeling pretty good, and honestly after watching so many documentaries (Food Inc, forks over knives, etc) and seeing how disgusting and unhealthy most other food is, I haven't had the desire for it. Its absolutely unbelievable how uninformed the majority of us are growing up and throughout our lives. Eating more than one piece of fruit in a sitting is a totally foreign concept to most people, but it is somehow acceptable to eat a big bag of chips or cookies. Im just glad I found this information so that I can make better choices now.

Comment by Oscar Sauras Rex on April 5, 2012 at 2:13am HERES ONE THING i think of when it comes to eating, if i dont know all of the ingredients on the back of a box, why would i put it in my body... thats how i started being more conscience of what i was taking in... now its like "oh this is just an orange" no added crap. picked from my tree and peeled and either juiced or eaten right away. your body will start to feel better...
expect some headaches maybe? you will be ok, this is all for your health.
