Woke up this morning, didn't intend on running as I went yesterday and had a massive hike and my legs were killing but I woke up at 5am and automatically put on my running clothes and went :) so that's a first I usually have to drag myself out of bed.
Plan for today is relax in the sun and read my new 'Anastasia' book :)
Food for the day-
Breakfast- sweetcorn, weird but yummo
Snack- smoothie= 3 bananas, 4 cherries, half cucumber, 2 peaches, handful green seedless grapes
Lunch- green salad= lots of lettuce, tomatoes, 1 avocado
Tea- Whole watermelon
Snack- bananas (not sure of the amount yet)
LOTS OF WATER!
