Feeling better with that time of the month and so took my pups out for an hour walk on the trails in the woods by my home. Such a picture perfect fall day and the sun just beautifully shimmers on the river. Saw a grey heron so still that she looked like a statue in the river's edge. The pups thrilled to be out and about. A walk in the woods just lifts my spirits. Returned home and just finished 4 glasses of water and now thinking of what fruit to have for breakfast. Simple and simply delicious. What a perfect start to my Sunday. Love and Life.
