well, i didnt do as well as i did my first week, but i weighed yesterday at the docs office i was really swollen and retaining fluids as im used to so i knew i would weigh a lil more than i should yesterday it showed that i had only lost 3.6 pounds. i was a naughty girl the night before soooooo. today im back on the right wagon again and looking forward to it...since i have been not eating 100% pure these couple days my body has been hurting like crazy my arthritis has been out of of this world on the pain train(lol that was nerdy) so like i said and usually when im on nothin but fruit the only thing i do thats not pure is i am eating one serving of oatmeal first thing in the morning and thats just to help the issue i am having due to the massive amounts of pain meds im on until the fruit takes over on that isue i gotta keep doing oatmeal its all working together right now.
So today like i said im looking forward to getting on the right track, i have tons of apples and other stuff. i seem to eat alot of apples thats my main food sorce, is that bad? well i will be back later to report on the day..have a RAWSOME DAY EVERYONE
