Dare I say it - I WOKE UP FEELING SOOOO MUCH BETTER!
Woke up this morning feeling much better, yesterday I felt awful I even fainted but just rested for the rest of the day and seem to be fine this morning, slight fuzzy head but will relax today. I haven't exercised for two days and wont this morning because I want to be feeling 100% up for it.
Yesterday I only ate 1 watermelon, 5 bananas, handful of tomatoes and one orange- I just couldn't eat anymore. Did drink loads of water though.
Today I plan to eat-
breakfast- 5-10 bananas
lunch- 5-10 bananas
snack- dates and 5-10 banana smoothie
tea- mushroom, spinach and pinenut homemade pesto (no seasoning) - with lots of greens
I will continue with lots of water also.
I have a lot on today so I will try and relax doing so but will pretty much be on my feet all day.
Fingers crossed I feel 100% well tomorrow.
Last night at about 9pm I had a huge craving for cheese on toast, didn't eat it but I was so close. I just went to sleep instead. This is really the only time I have craved food during the 13 days but I am happy eating this way and plan to for the rest of my life.
Things are looking good :)
