The strategy of making something special with what I can have the raw veggies and wrapping it up in the seaweed. Eating a lot of it and then going to the party was perfect. Not the least bit tempted by the cake. It was one of my favorite flavors but not worth breaking my lfrv roll that I am on. Also bringing flavored sparking water drinks was a nice way to contribute and able to drink a class of that to participate. Could have brought some lime or lemon twists or slices to dress the glasses abit more. Did not miss out on all the fun of the really nice group of friends. Nice to catch up with everyone. These are a sweet group of supportive women in my life and I hope that as I get healthier I will inspire others to try this protocol as well. However the best way to lead is through example. I have quite a long way to get to the state of vibrant radiant health. I want to learn more of the physiology of this diet and see how it works for me in the long run to be able to testify that it works. I am constantly inspired by others paths to health. Would love to see testimony of women in their 50,60, and 70's on this protocol. As I am heading into my 50's decade with 2 more years to go would like to go into making my 50th my most vibrant healthy ever. Onward I go.
This morning 2 ripe bananas and 4 dates in a 4 glasses of water smoothie. Quite tasty. Freelee's smoothie tip of dates and bananas great idea.
Love and Light.
