46 oz of lime and mint water for morning hydration 1/4 watermelon
8 wraps of lettuce/carrot/cucumber and avocado slice in seaweed wrap and some fresh pickled ginger slices and I felt that it was just like my sushi rolls without the rice or salmon. Yippee for getting it to order and now I am going to a birthday cake party and I am full not deprived eating within the raw protocol and brinking some carbonated fizzy water that is calorie free and just flavored water. That will be my contribution to the party as I will be offering a soda alternative. I am feeling serene today after my massage and feel like another good day of good choices. Now upping my water before the party to make sure I keep full.
