Feeling: Okay - I've had a bit of a sore throat today. :( Made eating unpleasant. I was pleased that I was able to keep to the challenge today even though we had some family BBQ parties. It was pretty funny - I had 4 small wedges of watermelon on my plate and the rest of my plate had fruits and veggies on it. Everyone else had hamburgers, potato salad, etc. But a couple of people said to me, "Wow, you must really like watermelon!" Haha... if only they could see me eat 1/2 a watermelon! :) And then of course they finished their plates, went back for seconds and then an hour or two later had ice cream. haha... Unreal.
