30 Bananas a Day!

DOUBLE FIGURES YEEEEEEEEEEEES!

I have been feeling so tired, sick the last few days in the evenings i'm not sure what it is. I have been eating more in the evenings. I haven't really had any cravings- just when my pops and sister have cheese on toast it smells too good but I wont eat it.

Real happy that I have made day 10, I don't think in the long run I will blog about food/feelings etc but for now I will till I feel like I can go it alone.

So today food planned-

Breakfast- whole watermelon

Snack- smoothie

Lunch- 5 bananas

Tea- Spinach, sweetcorn, tomatoes, cucumber

Think I will buy some dates today to have throughout the day if I am hungry.

Mind- bit fuzzy and sleepy

Body- achey

Motivation- pretty much would just like to stay in and watch films with my sister all day

I will be fine, just need to exercise this morning, eat alot and drink plenty of water. I will be fine :)

edit: I am on my period so I think this has something to do with this.
