I just got the book 80-10-10 and I'm excited to start feeling great, finding out new fruit recipes and losing weight!!
Got a ton of ripe bananas, apples, grapes, plums, grapefruit, melons and picking up some dates on my way home from work.
I would love a partner who is new to join me or even someone to coach me along the way!
Here goes...

Comment by Theosis Northam on August 21, 2012 at 7:09am @ Guy Welcome aboard.. I am now on day 4.. though I have been having 2 baked potatoes of an evening just to make it a bit easier on little ego to accept.. I will probably stop this next week..
I know the guys say not to do this for weight loss.. but honestly that is the reason I am doing it.. Since Saturdays start date I have gone down from 100.4 - 99.0 about a 1.5kg.. not hungry at all, not restricting calories and in fact kinda forcing myself to eat more bananas.

Comment by ola johansson on August 15, 2012 at 6:39pm I'm in for a 30day challenge.
It feels like I am ready for it , have made enough mistakes.
And realized that cooked or fatty foods aren't going to help me.
Just going to be better prepared , sorounded with fruit. Just filld up with dates and bananas and apricots at home. Also going to drink some juice because fruit is so darn expensive here.
breakfast today
10 bananas
I have like 50 really ripe bananas at home so aiming to eat them for today and tommorow.
Tamarind and dates mixed like a juice is really tasty. bananas , dates, berries is a supergood smoothie. otherwise use the that as bootomlayer and mixed the bananas and berries and put on top. put in the fridge for 1-2 hr. most things become delicious with fruit so i'm sure u can come up with something good u just got to experiment.
