Breakfast: Juice of 1 lemon, Datorade (20 medjool dates, 1 quart water, cinnamon)
Lunch: Savory Veggie "Stew" with 10 oz. cherry tomatoes, 3 celery stalks, 1 collard leaf, 3 scallions, 1 red bell pepper
Snack: 6 kiwis
Dinner: 1 lb. red grapes
Snack: 1 oz. pecans, 1 carrot, 2 bananas, 1/8 head of cabbage, 2 stalks of celery
Total Calories = 2,476
Water = 2 quarts plus some
Exercise: 30 minutes of swimming, 1 hour of yoga
Sleep: 5.5 hours
