Hi all,
i guess i write for myself like a journal but it's fine
then after my last dinner when i realized it was really too much - like i must have an eating disorder
i decided to start a new challenge - fasting for one day and nanas island
Well Day 1 was not really a fasting day but it was ok :
1l of water during the day
Dinnertime : 1 smoothie with dates and nanas + 1h after dates and nanas as a big salad
Day 2 will be nanas and dates until i switch with nanas only
