Day 1-Live the Ultimate Dream-Healing with the 811rv Lifestyle

Today I am finally starting my daily Blog! I will record my foods, exercise, and lessons I'm learning in my life.

For a brief background, I have dealt with adrenal issues, hypoglycemia, candida, depression, anxiety, emotional eating, previously having been both somewhat overweight and also anorexic at one point.

I've been eating 811rv since July 1st, 2011 and have experienced significant improvements. I want to share my experience as well as get support and advice from this wonderful community.

Awake: 6:20am

Morning Routine:

*Gratitude Journal
*Jump rope 200 jumps/side, 3 mins light rebounder, quick stretch, Power move.

M1: Blended Papaya smoothie ~30 oz, 766g Strawberries, 12 oz Green Juice. Calories~627

Sublingual B12

Exercise: Walk to gym ~25 mins. Bootcamp 9:15-10:30am. Walk home


M2: 11am-11:45am  ~835g Blended Papaya Smoothie (326 cals), 1067g Grapefruits (340 cals), 2 oz green juice. Calories~666

M3:  1067g Grapefruits (340 cals), 492g Tomatoes (103 cals), 12 cherry tomatoes (43 cals), 14oz Butterleaf Lettuce (52 cals) Calories~ 538

Tazo Vanilla Rooibos Tea

4oz green juice

Exercise: Yoga 5:45-7pm


M4: 1130g papaya (441cals), ~7 cups spring mix lettuce (46 cals) Calories~487

Total Calories: 2247


Today's Weak Link: fun and enjoyment, connection

Todays Challenges: wanting to jog in the morning but having a class scheduled for later so I didn't. 

Preparing food more than once because I didn't prepare enough ahead.

Some degree of emotional eating, especially in the evening. I was feeling sad from not connecting with anyone today.

Still not sure how to properly plan a day

Improvements to make for tomorrow: I realized I need music to be motivated to jog. I need to ask someone for a good upbeat cardio type playlist I can get on my phone or itunes.

I also want to get a personal trainer or I need someone who can give me an effective workout plan. I've exercised for years yet never gotten in shape. I need a real plan.

I decided to cancel my kickboxing membership after this month to save money for other fun classes like gymnastics.

Notes:

I spent the day trying to get my goals for the year more compelling and broken down into quarterly steps. I did my coaching homework for my session tomorrow. I hope it helps! It was hard to be inside alone on a sunny day.

Yesterday I re-watched the 1st DVD of Dr Grahams Making Friends with Your Food. It was a good review of why to eat raw food instead of cooked and why high carb is the way to go, not high protein or high fat.
