I learned some valuable lessons. #1) Discontinue green juice when beginning solid foods! I won't go into details here. Suffice to say it was THE most embarrassing moment in my life! Thank goodness I wasn't at work and close to a bathroom!!!! #2)Just because my Ambrosia juice was yummy, making a smoothie from it isn't the same! I couldn't believe I didn't like this in a smoothie! Very disappointed.
I drank water like I was a camel on a 3-day binge. I had no gas, no indigestion and no problem enjoying my solid food. I started with watermelon and had that throughout the day. I ended with some lettuce leaves filled with chopped tomatoe, celery, yellow sweet pepper and some finely grated carrot. I blended up another red tomatoe for the sauce. Very yummy and very filling.
My weight is stable at 110. My body fat % is stable at 27%. In fact all my body composition stats are stable. Good news! Ever since going raw my body is truly responding magically. This happened in the '90's also. I am wondering what 100 days of 80/10/10 by the book will do for me. I know I don't want to lose too much more weight. I could probably lose another 5 lbs and be fine. Anything less than that and I'd look too thin.
On to day 2. Today I'm fixing my Ambrosia JUICE, a fruit smoothie with bananas and berries and water, and more watermelon. For dinner I'm having a small salad with mango/tomatoe dressing. Yummm.
