So, I have just recently started on the HCRV journey. Yes I'm a newbie! I've been researching for about the last two months, and for about the last month or so actually starting the road to becoming a high carb raw vegan. I've been watching all kinds of videos on youtube (mainly freelea and durianrider) and reading up on it (80/10/10 by Dr. Graham is AWESOME!).
Yesterday was my first day attempting to do all hcrv eating. Went well to start, but caved in to cravings in the evening. Today I will up my caloric intake and hope to avoid a similar crash tonight! Wish me luck :-)
