So this is it, I am so excited to finally commit 100% to this. I am ready.
Current weight- 10 stone 6 lbs (146lbs)
Height- 5ft 3 (1.62m)
BMI- 25.3 (I don't care about BMI just wanted to add it anyway)
Body fat (%)- 22.5%
Age- 22
Female
I think the aim of this blog it just to record my thoughts, it is unlikely that I will post everyday for the rest of my life but I know I will record initial thoughts untill I feel like I no longer need to.
DAY1: feeling good, nice run, will spend the rest of the day outside reading and will head to cobtree for a hike!

breakfast- 7 bananas
snack- 8 cherries
lunch- bag of spinach, 10 tomatoes, half cucumber, 1 courgette
Snack- 2 bananas, 1 orange, 4 yellow peaches
Tea- haven't had yet but will have a banana smoothie.
LOADS AND LOADS OF WATER!!!
