30 Bananas a Day!

Breakfast: juice of 1 lemon, 1 pineapple (or almost - I couldn't eat it all as it was starting to ferment)

Lunch: 6 bananas

First Dinner: 3 cups orange juice, 3 wedges watermelon (was at a social event)

2nd Dinner: Yellow Squash "noodles" with cucumber, sugar snap peas, carrots, celery, tomatoes and red onion

Total Calories: 1935

Sleep: 8 hours or so

Water: 2 quarts

Exercise: none today

Feeling: AWESOME!!  I am having no cravings for cooked/ salty/ spicy, etc. foods
