30 Bananas a Day!

Midnight Snack: 2 cups of O.J.  (I was hungry in the middle of the night)   :)

Breakfast: juice of 1 lemon, 2 cups of O.J. blended with 1 pineapple

Lunch: Savory Veggie Stew (tomatoes, celery, carrots, cucumber, yellow squash, sugar snap peas, red onions, lemon juice) 

Dinner: 4 bananas, 1/2 cup watermelon, 2/3 cup pineapple, a couple of small bunches of grapes (social event)

Total Calories: 1979

Sleep: Not enough! - maybe 5 hours 

Exercise: Not much! - a few minutes of swing dancing with my hubby :)

Water: 2 quarts

Feeling: OK - tired because I didn't get enough sleep!  Not enough exercise this week either.  (Busy week.)  But I'm going to a Zumba class tomorrow.  Yay!

Sometimes if you don't eat enough it can alter our sleep, so maybe try eating closer to 2500 cals, primarily from fruit.
