This morning I woke up with a bad headache, however it has improved! I still have some drainage and such. I feel a bit more tired and my appetite stinks. Detox? Anyhow --- yesterday went well. My cravings are in check and I feel functional. Yesterday:
Breakfast: Banana smoothie with carob, hemp seeds and almond milk
Lunch: Golden delicious apples and mangoes!!
Dinner: Romaine, celery, carrots, very little red onion, with orange/avocado/lemon juice/date dressing
Water: Couple cups :-(
Chasing my son - nothing intentional!
Side effects/ detox/etc:
Allergies allergies allergies. On and off episodes of headaches/dullness and sneezing.
Eczema on hands nearly cleared up.
Acne on face quickly clearing up.
No period pains/emotional troubles.

I feel satisfied with myself. I have not been eating enough probably around 2000 calories. However, I don't feel like I am having any energy peaks/lows. I like to consume whole fruits for this purpose. I go shopping weekly for the most part. So I am looking to purchase some spinach/strawberries from Cosco and throw in another shake and amp up my workouts!

Perhaps remove almond milk.
I am a little nervous about removing it because it is fortified with calcium B12 and D. I am definitely vitamin D def. However, my B12 right now is appropriate. My doc recommended going outside 15 minutes three days a week. I am wondering if I should take a supp instead? And I also wonder about iodine! Hmmm. What do you all do?
