So my chronic inflammation is back like it always is when im not with 811, usaly it is not that bad and it has been good for about a year now so i had forgotten much about it but now it is rly acting up and im sure it is beacuse of the house we are renting in New Zealand. I remember that my inflammation alwas got worse when it was cold and damp outside and it was always much better in the summer back in Sweden. I thought that i might have been the bananas that made me sick but it can also have been that the house we are renting here has no insulation or much heat. It is not that cold but it is enogh to irritate my old inflamation so maby it was the reason i faild with 811 and not the food. When i was on 811 even thogh i felt like s*** my inflamation just got better and better every day and i had not problems with that.
What do you think, people here have problems with living in cold and damp houses? If you have problems with this did it start when you started 811 or has it always been so?

Comment by Henrik Larsson on October 13, 2012 at 9:13pm After spending a few days reading up on tyramines im feeling a raw version of 811 will not be possible for me at this stage and i dont ever want to move from sweden to the tropics. Would love to find some non HYPOcaloric version of the tarahumara diet, that is what i want, a super simpe eating plan where i just get my calories every day, feel good and can spend my time doing somthing more fun than eating.
