I am trying to figure out why I still eat cooked foods even when I am not craving them at all.
I limit them to 10-20% of my diet, usually just a bit of cooked vegan food when I have a salad for lunch and dinner.
Even if I am carbing up all day, I still eat cooked food, possibly out of habit? I am definitely not craving them on the days that I am eating enough, but I still have a bit of low fat cooked vegan food.
Withing the last two weeks I have noticed that I don't feel the need to finish my cooked food that i've put on my place, which is kind of unheard of for me.
I wonder if anyone else has been having issued cutting out the cooked food purely due to habit and not cravings?

But when it is winter, and there is not much fruit around and the quality is not good, I eat some cooked foods. So when it is warm and the fruit is super sweet and really juicy I have no problems whatsoever:) Dont trip you eat healthy:)
