I liked your video on this DR, because initially I was thinking "ugh... vasectomy, it's not like everybody wants to do a vasectomy" because you know, some people might want to have children some day - just not right now! But what you said about children being a huge responsibility was really wonderful. Your talk made me wish more people were as sensible about their responsibility when it comes to sex/children, since they often go hand in hand... even if we don't have sex just to procreate (clearly... haha) and to see all the mess that comes from children who are neglected, poorly treated, abused, kicked to the side, it really makes me wish people were responsible. It is a choice we make these days, the world is already overpopulated, and like you said in your video about adopting, so many children are in need of love, care and good guidance.

 

So while I still don't think vasectomy is the answer for everybody, I really appreciate the message you got out :)

Thank you for sharing this personal information and experience.  I wish more people had the courage to do this. It is great to see a man take responsibility.

In this world, it seems the females have all the responsibility in regards to these issues.  They must bear the children, take pills, and protect themselves from future children and stds.  Many men do not want children, and then blame the female when it happens.  Hey, it takes two, and one should take responsibility for his or her own life decisions.

I know two guys who had their vasectomy reversed successfully; in their forties, not vege. Get the best for each surgery and don't bank on it.

Thanks for sharing DR. I have already been thinking about this for a long time and will give it at least 1 more year of research before doing it.

 

You can actually take sperm directly from the testicles if you want a biological child and depending on the time you can make a reverse operation with 70%+ of success. Expensive though.
